Brickhill

This was a green field site consisting of 50ha /124 acres of land. The development involved building 500 houses on 15.5ha /38 acres. The rest of the site has been given over to playing fields and other open spaces including the donation by Bedfordia to the community of nearly 70 acres of land for a country park.

Gawcotts, near Buckingham

This site was a depot previously used by Bedfordia Plant Hire. It was a run down site until planning permission was obtained for a distribution centre and it was sold on to Apollo Business parks.
