Alison Hirst, HR Manager

Responsible for the Strategic Management of the HR function including training and development, recruitment and retention, employment legislation and practice, payroll and health & safety; focusing on strategic HR issues; responsibility for the operational support provided to each of the businesses; and support to the senior management team.

Tina Wallace, Assistant HR Manager

Tina is accountable for the day to day operational aspect of HR in supporting the various businesses within Bedfordia. Tina's responsibilities include recruitment and retention, employee relations, employment legislation and development.
