Testimony to the engagement and commitment of our staff is the low staff turnover throughout the Group - with Bedfordia Farms and the Head Office both benefiting from a staff turnover rate of less than 1% per year, whilst the motors group is within the industry norm of approximately 21%. Of Bedfordia’s 320 employees, 16% have more than 10 years service with the company, 28 employees have over 20 years service and we have 8 people who have enjoyed over 30 years service with Bedfordia.
